Registrar releases commencement details
Fall commencement at Mississippi State University is this Friday at 7 p.m. in Humphrey Coliseum, and the Registrar's Office has announced commencement instructions for faculty and staff.
Noted scholar to deliver commencement address
A nationally prominent judge, historical scholar and author will deliver Mississippi State University's 2011 fall commencement address. Frank J. Williams, will be featured during the graduation program to begin this Friday at 7 p.m. in Humphrey Coliseum.
Library hours for exams, interim session
As the fall semester at Mississippi State University nears a close, Mitchell Memorial Library has released its hours of operation for exams and interim session.
Finals: Test Services ready to assist faculty
The Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness announces that Test Services, located on the second floor of Allen Hall in Room 258, will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. Dec. 5 through Dec. 9 for assistance to faculty during final exam week.

Ham for the holidays at the MAFES Sales Store
Long known for its cheeses, Mississippi State University now has a fully cooked, boneless ham available in time to reduce cooking stress and adorn holiday tables. Made in Mississippi and packaged at a processing facility in Magee, the 5-pound V Ham is sold in the MAFES Sales Store, which is a unit of the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station.
Registration open for early-2012 PERS workshop
Human Resources Management at Mississippi State is sponsoring a Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) workshop on Feb. 29, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Bost Extension Center on the Starkville campus. The workshop is free for university employees, but pre-registration is required.
