Employees can sign up for Heart Health Symposium
Mississippi State employees are invited to learn more about living a heart-healthy lifestyle at the 2011 Heart Health Education Symposium, which will be held on campus Oct. 27, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., in the Foster Ballroom of Colvard Student Union.
Speakers are:
--Dr. Thomas Skelton, Interventional Cardiologist, "Let's Start with the Basics on Heart Disease"
--Dr. Matthew Quinn, Electrophysiologist, "Arrhythmia: A Shocking Experience"
--Dr. Curt Tribble, Cardiothoracic Surgeon, "Give My Poor Heart Ease: Heart Pumps at University Heart"
--Dr. John Winscott, Interventional Cardiologist, "Heart Disease: Rampant on Venus and Mars"
