The season began with last Thursday's performance starring Brenda Currin in "Why I Live at the P.O.," a play based off Eudora Welty's short story and presented in conjunction with the university's Maroon Edition reading program.
The season also includes "The Liar," Oct. 20-22; "The Little Snow Girl," Nov. 13; North Mississippi High School Drama Festival, Dec. 1-3; "Dog Act," Feb. 24-25; "Deadwood Dick or, The Game of Gold!" April 12-14; and Student Showcase, April 25-27.
Theatre MSU patrons may now order season tickets or individual performance tickets online through the department's website at www.comm.msstate.edu/dept/theatre. Supporters also may provide sponsorship for individual shows or make general donations through this new portal.
