Monday ticket deadline for Wiseman tribute

Monday [May 19] is the deadline to order tickets for the scholarship fundraiser honoring W. Martin "Marty" Wiseman, recently retired director of Mississippi State's John C. Stennis Institute of Government and Community Development.
Open to all, the dinner takes place 6-9 p.m. May 22 at Starkville's Hilton Garden Inn.
Individual tickets are $35; $25 for students. Checks should be made payable to Lee Weiskopf and mailed to 3908 Cambridge St., Jackson, MS 39216.
Contributions to an endowed scholarship honoring Wiseman's many decades of service to the university and state should be mailed to the same address, though they should be made payable to the MSU Foundation and include "Marty Wiseman Scholarship" on the memo line.
All scholarship donors will be recognized during the dinner.
Former Lt. Gov. Amy Tuck, vice president of campus services, and MSU First Lady Rhonda Keenum will be featured speakers.
