AMPED Functional Training Zone opens at the Sanderson Center
The Sanderson Center at Mississippi State University has opened the AMPED Functional Training Zone.
The newly-designed area offers something for every fitness level from med-ball exercises to kettlebell training and rope pulls to barbell lifts.
