MAFES Excellence in Research Award to Reynolds
Dan Reynolds
Mississippi State University Plant and Soil Science professor Dan Reynolds received the 2012 Excellence in Research Award by the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station.
The award is sponsored by the Land Bank of Mississippi.
A 16-year veteran, Reynolds is known for his work on herbicide application and weed control for crops grown in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Earlier this year, Reynolds was selected as the Weed Scientist of the Year by the Southern Weed Science Society.
