Registration open for early-2012 PERS workshop
Human Resources Management at Mississippi State is sponsoring a Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) workshop on Feb. 29, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Bost Extension Center.
This workshop will cover general information on PERS benefits and options, and provides a quick look at estate planning. Mississippi Deferred Compensation topics are also discussed.
The workshop is free for MSU employees, spouses or guests. However, online pre-registration is required using the following website, http://www.pers.state.ms.us/seminarsOnLine/FullDaySeminars.cfm?id=4. Employees may also register by calling the PERS Customer Service Center at 601-359-3589.
