Boone & Crocket Club selects Leopold
Bruce Leopold, wildlife, fisheries and aquaculture department head, has been selected to be a professional member of the Boone and Crocket Club.
There are only 100 regular members and 130 professional members.
The club was founded by President Theodore Roosevelt. According to the club's website, "The National Forest, the National Park, and the National Wildlife Refuge Systems exist today in large part because of the extensive efforts of the Club and its dedicated membership."
