“Dr. Marler is a great addition to the leadership team of the College of Business. She has been a tremendous asset to the college during her time here, and I look forward to seeing her continue to shape the future of the Department of Management and Information Systems in new and exciting ways,” said Sharon Oswald, college dean and professor of management.

As a researcher, Marler examines proactive personality and behavior in the workplace and has been published in top management journals, including the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, and the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
