Faculty/Staff Golf League tees off Saturday
Hosted by the MSU Institute of Golf, the Faculty/Staff Golf League has been a Mississippi State golf club for more than three decades with regular nine-hole play on Tuesday evenings and a schedule of weekend tournaments from spring through early fall.
MSU faculty, staff, students alumni and friends are invited to join.
A once a year membership fee of $50 benefits members by paying for enrollment in the Mississippi Golf Association’s GHIN (Golf Handicap Index) system and covers dinner expenses for the group’s year-end banquet, as well as providing general support of league activities. Members are responsible for personal green’s fees at the course.
The league will tee off the 2014 season on April 5 with a members and guests scramble at the MSU Golf Course on Highway 182 in Starkville.
