Make the most of National Volunteer Week
The MSU Maroon Volunteer Center (MVC) and Volunteer Starkville will celebrate National Volunteer Week, April 11-15, by offering a wide range of volunteer opportunities.
One event will be a free workshop offered by the MVC and the MSU Career Center titled "Volunteering Can Open Doors To a New Career: Here's How!" The workshop is scheduled for April 12 in 407 South Hall. Students can sign up online by visiting www.mvc.msstate.edu or e-mailing volunteer@saffairs.msstate.edu.
Those who sign up to participate in any National Volunteer Week events will receive a free t-shirt.
