Season tickets sold out; 3-game package on sale
For the fourth consecutive year, Mississippi State University has sold out of its season football tickets, the athletic department announced last Monday. At the close of business July 29, 43,300 season tickets for football had been sold, including a student allotment of 11,000, which will be sold on Aug. 24.
Less than 1,700 three-game ticket plans, which include games against Alcorn State, LSU and Kentucky and priced at $99, remain for sale through the Bryan Building Ticket Office and online at HailState.com/Tickets. Individual home game tickets are on sale now to members of the Bulldog Club, and will go on sale to the general public on Monday, Aug. 5.
Fans interested in purchasing the three-game package or who wish to add their name to the waiting list for future seasons may contact the MSU Ticket Office at 888-GO-DAWGS or online.
Entering the 2013 season, the Bulldogs have sold out 23 consecutive football games, and under fifth-year head coach Dan Mullen, Mississippi State has gathered 19 of its 20 largest crowds.
The Bulldogs open the 2013 football season on Aug. 31 in Houston against Oklahoma State in the AdvoCare Texas Kickoff. Tickets for the season lidlifter remain on sale through the Mississippi State Athletic Department Ticket Office.
