ITS expands hours for Help Desk
Information Technology Services at Mississippi State has expanded Help Desk hours the benefit and convenience of MSU students, faculty and staff.
Located in 108 Allen Hall, the Help Desk is now open for walk-up business during the following hours:
-- Sunday: 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
-- Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
-- Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Help Desk consultants are also available by telephone at 662-325-0631 or toll free at 888-398-6394 during the following hours:
-- Sunday: 1:00 p.m. to midnight
-- Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to midnight
-- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Additionally, requests for Help Desk assistance can be submitted via email to helpdesk@msstate.edu or by visiting the ITS website, www.its.msstate.edu, and clicking on the "Need Help" tab.
