Successful Student Speaker Series continues Wednesday
The second presentation for the Successful Student Speaker Series -- the S4 Series -- at Mississippi State University will be held on Wednesday [Nov. 13], from 2-3:15 p.m. in the Colvard Student Union Foster Ballroom.
Paul A. Bryant’s presentation to students is titled “Smart... The New Cool!”
All faculty and staff are invited to join the students for this presentation. No preregistration is necessary. MSU ID cards will be required for students.
A special professional development session for faculty and staff will be presented from 12:30-1:30 p.m. titled “Seven Steps to Effective Student Retention.”
Bryant most recently served as the interim vice president for enrollment management and retention at Grambling State University. He has served as an educational consultant, fundraiser, grant writer, motivational speaker, behavioral specialist, radio talk show host and president of several community development organizations.
