Thursday webinar offers faculty, staff and students writing advice from NSF official
Karen Cone, a program director in the Divison of Molecular and Cellular Biosciences with the National Science Foundation, will speak to faculty, staff and students via WebEx on Thursday, March 22, 2012 from 2:30-4:30 p.m.
"The nice thing about this is that they can sit in the comfort of their home or office and participate. Once they have registered, an automated reply will provide them with the log-on information to participate in the WebEx session," said Teresa Gammill, assistant vice president for research.
The Office of Research and Economic Development is sponsoring the webinar.
Cone will be providing writing strategies and examples on how to write a successful post-doc mentoring plan, data management plan, intellectual merit and broader impact sections.
