Hardy Road and Herbert Street closures re-open to traffic
The Hardy Road and Herbert Street closures that have been in place for construction at Mitchell Memorial Library have reopened to traffic.
Both roadways re-opened on July 5 (see accompanying map), according to Campus Services officials.
