MSU Women's Club now accepting scholarship applications
In 1994, Mississippi State Women's Club began awarding scholarships to outstanding female master's and doctoral graduate students. Awards in the amount of $500 are given to students who demonstrate records of excellence in academics, leadership and service. Scholarships are presented each spring for use in the following summer or fall semester.
We encourage you to make the following information available to female graduate students in your college and departments, as well as to faculty members who might wish to nominate deserving students for these prestigious awards. Requirements for the scholarship applicants are as follows: U.S. citizenship, full-time enrollment in any graduate discipline and a 3.00 overall GPA. Female students have been recognized over the years in a wide range of academic disciplines.
Students can apply for the opportunity by logging into their MyState accounts and clicking the “Submit/Revise General Scholarship Application” link under the Financial Aid and Scholarships column.
The deadline for applying for the 2017 MSU Women's Club Scholarship is March 7.
