Travel Signature Day scheduled for Dec. 1
International F-1 and J-1 students and scholars at Mississippi State that will be traveling outside of the U.S. must obtain official travel authorization signatures for immigration documents from the International Services Office.
Signatures may be obtained during Travel Signature Day on Dec. 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in 116 Allen Hall at the International Institute. Students and scholars must bring a passport that is valid for at least six more months after re-entry into the U.S., a valid student/exchange visitor visa, and the most recent, original I-20 or DS-2019.
Travel Signature Day provides immediate travel endorsement. If students and scholars are unable to attend during Travel Signature Day, they must leave their documents with the International Services Office in 116 Allen Hall two weeks before their anticipated travel.
