August PRO Chat session highlights goal-oriented teams
Human Resources Management invites interested Mississippi State faculty and staff to its upcoming PRO Chat on Wednesday [Aug. 24] at 2 p.m. in Colvard Student Union's Fowlkes Auditorium.
PRO Chats are short, practical conversations designed to provide tools and resources to help employees grow professionally. They typically last 30 to 45 minutes, and allow participants to get involved by making comments and asking questions.
Vice President for Development and Alumni John Rush will be leading a session on goal-oriented teams: "Every great team aspires for extraordinary results. What makes a great team player? As a leader, do you know what motivates your team? This session will discuss the characteristics of a great team, how individual team members are motivated, practical advice on delegation, and more."
