ORED taking nominations for SURA Distinguished Scientist Award
The Office of Research and Economic Development at Mississippi State reminds faculty and staff that nominations are now being accepted for the 2016 Southeastern Universities Research Association (SURA) Distinguished Scientist Award, which will be presented at the organization's spring board of trustees meeting.
This award and its $10,000 cash honorarium goes to an individual or organization whose extraordinary efforts fulfill the SURA mission to "advance collaborative research and to strengthen the scientific capabilities of its members and nation.”
Mississippi State is limited to one nomination. Click here for additional information about the nomination process at MSU. The deadline for submitting nominations to ORED is Nov. 13.
