'Shop Smart and Meal Plan' presentation Wednesday afternoon
Join Staff Council at Mississippi State for a live health event on Wednesday [April 22] from 1-2 p.m. in the Bost Extension Center theater.
The "Shop Smart and Meal Plan" presentation will cover strategies to use while grocery shopping and tips to build healthy meals. The session will be led by licensed and registered dietitian Patricia Heflin.
Additionally, individual health coaching will be available. All individual health coaching participants will be entered into a sweepstakes drawing for a chance to win a $100 gift card provided by ActiveHealth Management.
The event is open to all MSU employees and students. No registration required.
