Seeking foundation funding? Don't miss this seminar
Are you planning to seek funding from a foundation? Join the Office of Research and Economic Development at Mississippi State for a "Working with Foundations" seminar on April 7 from 2:30-4 p.m. in the Bost Extension Center Theater.
This session will focus on the coordination that takes place university-wide in developing and fostering relationships with foundations. Topics include the difference between a gift and a grant, best practices for working with foundations, and how Sponsored Programs Administration and the MSU Foundation work together when a foundation is funding a project.
Presenters include Angie Templeton, grants and contracts administrator; Heather Andrews, director of prospect management; and Nathan Moore, director of corporate and foundation relations.
