Financial literacy in focus for Food for Thought luncheon
The President’s Commission on the Status of Women at Mississippi State will host a Food for Thought luncheon for faculty, staff and students on Friday [Oct. 10] at noon in the Swalm Suite on the top floor of the Chemical Engineering building.
Panelists Rita Green and Rebecca Smith, assistant Extension professors, will lead discussions about financial literacy. Join PCSW for an opportunity to ask questions and discover resources about key strategies and financial planning.
The event is free, but limited to the first 60 registrations. Please email your reservation request to Shameie Haynes at shaynes@audit.msstate.edu before noon on Thursday [Oct. 9].
Donations of women’s business clothing for the Starkville Christian Women’s Job Corps will be accepted at the event.
