PCSW taking nominations for commission vacancies
The President's Commission on the Status of Women at Mississippi State University is now taking nominations and self-nominations to fill vacancies for representatives on the commission. There are vacancies in the following categories: faculty (2); professional staff (4); support staff (1); community rep (1); graduate student (1); undergraduate student (1); and executive, administrative and managerial (1).
If you or someone you know would like to be considered for a vacancy, please send name, category and contact information (department/place of employment, email address and phone) by April 25 to Tamara Gibson at tpg1@msstate.edu.
All interested parties will be sent a description of the responsibilities and expectations for membership along with a brief questionnaire. New members will be selected and notified in May.
