Kasia Gallo (right) led her Landscape Architecture Design 1 class in exploration of how the design of a space influences its use last week at the Sanderson Center. Following an interpretive dance by Terpsichore dancers Joy Bouder and Lauren White (center) the students were invited to sit in the different areas and test how their reaction to the space was impacted by its design. The public seating structure was built through a summer architecture project and was commissioned by the Sanderson Center. The area will have an official ribbon cutting Sept. 9.
