Flu shot clinics set to start Tuesday

According to University Health Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is now recommending everyone be vaccinated for the flu. Now is the time to get the flu vaccine for the best protection through the peak of the flu season. In order to keep our campus healthy, everyone is urged to get a flu shot.

University Health Services has scheduled the following opportunities to get a flu shot:

Oct. 4, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Thompson Hall, Room 125

Oct. 5, 1-4 p.m., Vet School, Administrative Conference Room

Oct. 11, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., McCool Hall, Atrium

Oct. 12, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., McArthur Hall, Room 421

Oct. 18, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Herbert Hall, Lobby

Oct. 19, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Allen Hall, 1st Floor

Oct. 25, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Mitchell Memorial Library, Main Floor

Oct. 26, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Lee Hall, Main Floor Foyer

Nov. 8, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., MSU Student Health Center, Room 350

Cost is $20, and cash or checks are accepted. Enrolled students can charge to their MSU student account. All are welcome (over the age of 9). Insurance will not be filed for these services.
