SPA's Robyn Remotigue completes NCURA program

Sponsored Programs Administration Assistant Director Robyn Remotigue recently completed the National Council of University Research Administrators' leadership program. She received her certification from the NCURA's Leadership Development Institute during the organization's 52nd annual meeting in Washington, D.C.

The institute was founded by NCURA in order to assist the organization in identifying and developing its leaders for tomorrow. Graduates of the LDI gain a wealth of knowledge and experience that enhance their ability to serve in leadership roles at NCURA's regional and national levels.

The NCURA is an organization of more than 7,000 individuals engaged in the administration of sponsored programs at colleges, universities and teaching hospitals. NCURA was established in 1959 to promote the development of more effective policies and procedures, relative to the administration of sponsored research, and is the acknowledged leader in professional programming for research administrators.
