WTVA-TV: Civil War exhibit opening Monday
The Starkville Public Library and Mississippi State University are teaming up to host a rare collection exhibit. The opening of "Around the World with President Ulysses S. Grant and Julia Grant" is scheduled for Monday and will feature MSU President Mark Keenum, Mayor Parker Wiseman and others.
The 5:30 p.m. public program is being organized by the library, with assistance from the Mississippi State University Libraries and MSU-based U.S. Grant Association.
