PCSW taking commission nominations thru today
The President's Commission on the Status of Women at Mississippi State is now taking nominations and self-nominations to fill vacancies for representatives on the commission. Monday [May 2] is the deadline for submissions.
There are vacancies in the following categories: Faculty (1); Professional (3); Executive, Administrative, and Managerial (1); Support Staff (2); and Graduate Student (1).
If you or someone you know would like to be considered for a vacancy, please send name, category and contact information by Monday, May 2 to PCSW outgoing chairwoman Mary McLendon at mkm13@msstate.edu.
All interested parties will be sent a description of the responsibilities and expectations for membership along with a brief questionnaire. New members will be selected and notified in May.
