Diversity & Equity Programs launches series

In an effort to build on the momentum gained from hosting the Human Capital: Enhancing the Academic Achievement of Men of Color Summit in August, Mississippi State University’s Office of Diversity and Equity Programs (ODEP) is launching a series of conference calls and webinars to connect students, alumni, faculty, staff, subject matter experts and other stakeholders.

Through the series, ODEP intends to facilitate dialogue on a variety of topics such as leadership, diversity best practices, recruitment and retention of women and faculty of color, and other critical issues facing institutions of higher learning.

The first speaker, MSU alumnus James E. Pattman, will conduct a session on Tuesday, Nov. 13 from 7-8 p.m. Registration is free and required to participate.
