REFLECTOR: New dean position formed
The Reflector reports that Mississippi State is raising the director's position of the Shackouls Honors College to a dean level.
The institution hopes to fill the position by fall 2011.
Provost Jerry Gilbert said the university wanted to elevate the status of the Honors College by raising the level of responsibility of the individual in charge.
