Association of Retired Faculty hosting PERS panel discussion Tuesday
The Association of Retired Faculty will host a panel discussion about the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) at the Hunter Henry Center on Tuesday [Sept. 12] at 2 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
Panelists include State Sen. Hob Bryan (D-Amory) and Mississippi Retired Public Employees’ Association (MRPEA) representatives Ann Thames and Ed LeGrand, both retired from the Mississippi Department of Mental Health, and Mike Larsen, previously a staff member of the Mississippi Development Authority and State Health Department.
