Writing compelling funding proposals focus of Tuesday seminar
Join the Office of Research and Economic Development at Mississippi State for a "Writing a Compelling Proposal" seminar on Tuesday [Jan. 24] from 3-4:30 p.m. in the theater at Bost Extension Center.
The presentation will focus on finding the "hook" and selling your idea through a persuasive proposal narrative. It will cover structure and format, as well as stylistic tools for writing to engage and stand out to a review panel. This program will target a broad audience rather than a specific funding agency, but the content will be transferable.
Stephanie Hyche from the Office of Sponsored Projects will lead the seminar.
