'Working with International Traffic in Arms Regulations' seminars scheduled

The Office of Research Security at Mississippi State University has added a new set of dates to the "Working with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)" training series.

Attending one of these sessions will provide a basic understanding of how ITAR regulations can affect a research project, including details about ITAR responsibilities for the principal investigator and research staffers, the legal consequences of not following ITAR regulations, and much more.

-- Wednesday, June 18, 1:30-3 p.m.

-- Wednesday, July 16, 1:30-3 p.m.

-- Wednesday, Aug. 13, 1:30-3 p.m.

-- Thursday, Aug. 28, 2:30-4 p.m.

All sessions will be held at the High Performance Computing Collaboratory in Cochran Research Park in Room 30. There is ample free parking.
